Global Perspectives: 2022 Inspiring Workplaces Report

This report was designed to gain perspectives from our global community of inspirers in discovering the impact of Covid. Now, almost two years after we were all locked down globally, we have insights that will help give employees a voice, and leaders a roadmap as we continue to navigate our way through the changes that were thrust upon us.

In addition to the key headlines, respondents were asked “What one thing can your employer do to help you this year?” The responses were consolidated into five key themes below:

  • Culture of wellbeing
  • Community
  • Structure
  • Voice  (page 37 – Gregory F Simpson)
  • Gratitude

We discuss these themes throughout this report and also provide advice and opinion from our Chief Inspiration Officers from Inspire:Cities all over the world.
