151 x 598px-Brackets - WikipediaBeing from Kentucky, basketball is king!  Since we are in the middle of March Madness, I thought it would be interesting to create a bracket focused on employee engagement.  In The Wheel of Employee Engagement: An Introduction, I identified four areas that account for much of the disengagement within the workplace: Manager -Employee Relationship, Recognition & Rewards, Growth & Development, and Opportunity for Advancement.

Using these areas as our regions, I pulled key statements from the rest of The Wheel of Employee Engagement Series.  Those key statements are listed in the brackets below.  Let’s look at my picks and reveal my “champion”  of employee engagement.

What regions would you have included?  What key statements would you have chosen? What “champion” would you have chosen?
